DeskView Admin
DeskView Admin allows you to retrieve detailed hardware-specific information such as manufacturer, motherboard, monitor, hard disk, and BIOS, as well as firmware, drivers, and other software. It also allows you to remotely access and flash the BIOS, turn computers on and off, perform error diagnosis and heighten system security on Fujitsu Siemens Computers’ clients, all from within the Altiris Web console. Automated alert management, status reporting, and the ability to manage these devices from anywhere in your organization, are also included.
DeskView Admin is completely designed to reduce the work and time-effort for IT administrators and to increase end-user system uptime.
DeskView Admin can also be easily extended with DeskView Migrate/Control or any other Altiris IT lifecycle management solutions (for migration, software distribution, server management, asset management, and so on), providing a single interface for all of your IT management needs.
