Altiris Certified Instructor

The Symantec Altiris Certified Instructor (ACI) course is designed for the technical trainer professional tasked with maintaining the quality, consistency, and high standards needed to teach Altiris training courses. For trainers, the program is an opportunity to develop a closer relationship with Altiris and to improve training delivery capabilities. For customers, the course ensures that the trainers have proven legitimacy and credibility, and use proven techniques and methodologies. This 3-day, instructor-led, hands-on class covers presentation and training skills, pre- and post-class logistics, and professionalism. Students will also learn how to set up and deploy the classroom environment, and troubleshoot, all of which are foundational training skills Altiris requires of our own trainers. On the last day of class, students apply course concepts to teach about a pre-defined topic for 20 minutes.
